Wow, Clara and Worker Bee,
On my honor (hand over heart) never again will I ever complain about Harvey, the postman in the green, irridescent truck, not delivering my mail because there were 2 family cars parked in front of the mailbox for that day even though he left me a nice note saying that's what would happen. Ha!
Now in Kazakshtan the biggest mail problem I had was not getting my People magazines because the secretaries in Houston were "pinching" them. They were so supposed to be sent by mailpouch---sometimes they came and sometimes they didn't. More than half the time---NOT! The problem got to be so bad that DH ranted and raved to some higher ups and luckily another VP was having the same problem and their combined voices at least have stopped the practice for awhile. Let me tell you, I could care less about People in the states (go to any dentist or doctor's office and you're caught up on that rag) but overseas where you're starved for something familiar getting your local magazine means a lot. And to know that it's being borrowed by people in your own office is offensive. Couldn't even blame it on the mail system. Hopefully, Clara and Worker Bee, your system will improve with time.
