I think it sounds good- I plan to try it for sure! My friend was caught off guard by it- I told her I'd heard of it but had never tried it myself. I explained to her that regional thing- and how various families and various locales sometimes do things different- and how what is "traditional" for some isn't necessarily traditional for others... and how in the first place, how our Americanized versions of various ethnic cuisines aren't always authentic or even traditional, anyway... She wrinkled-up her nose- but then she's a finicky gal, too w/ rather narrow eating vision... if ya know what I mean! :)

grrrr - Kev - I don't like that kind.................hey - can she cook? I find that most of the time, the ones that wrinkle up their noses and put up such a fuss are the ones that can even boil water!

I have a "friend" (if you want to call her that) and she is the pickiest when it comes to eating. She is an authority on everything - and she doesn't cook. The only thing in the world she can make is a lame soup no one likes and a haf-azzed lemon pie.

She spends her time eating out and insulting everything fed to her.
