Paula Deans problem with me is the "stick of butter" that seems to end up in all her recipes. I know I don't need to be a stickler for everyone to be forced on my diet but not every thing look like a "heart attack on a plate".

Guys, I have to agree with most of the above post. I don't want to be impressed or entertained. Just show me how to make your recipe. I think they have lost site that they are on a cooking show.
I do like butter and use lots of it I am not on a diet but should be. I applaud people with control (wish I had it).

well you all know how I feel about Anne Burrell - after I made that post on all my blogs, I got a lot of feedback - tons of emails - it seems that everyone agreed with me except one person - probably the same idiot that gave me a negative comment on my blog - it was probably Anne Burrelle "itself" - oh yeah - I asked the FN is "it" was a transvestite in my complaint to them about that particular show they aired

Anne B. is very masculine. I could understand anyone thinking she was a tranny. She should be ashamed for advocating the kind of salt use that she does.
She wears such tight clothes when they film her show. They show every bit of belly she has. I have a belly to and wearing tight shirts is not something I ever do. I wonder how she cooks in some of those shirts they have her in. When Im in the kitchen I want my hair pinned up and I wear a comfy tshirt with short sleeves. I cannot cook in long sleeves. It drives me crazy.
