Anyone watching this season on Food Network? It comes on the same time one of my fav shows comes on another channel so I usually catch the rerun. God knows FN loves to rerun things anyway.

This year they have some real loosers. No one has a spark of anything.
They have a Mom named Michelle I think.. She is a pretty good cook but she is someone like me. Good cook yes ..cooking show host no way...not even close :rolleyes:

Eddy - Eliminated last night. A good looking guy with no prefessional training.. I think. He spent all of last nights episode rolling his eyes at the Mom Michelle because he was teamed up with her and she was just a home cook. Which is exactly what he was :rolleyes: Last night when they told him his recipe was bad he goes.. It was right out of a Paula Deen cookbook lol.
Duh they are supposed to be using there own recipes.
Bobby Flay really disliked this guy when he saw the video of him rolling his eyes.

Teddy - Has some professional training but is a weasel. I hope he gets dropped next week. He was working with the asian lady on there and tried to take complete credit for their joint dish when they told him they hated his dessert which he actually did alone. Last week he and one guy already dropped helped the Mom plate her dishes during a challenge. When the panel told her they liked her dish these two jerks start slapping themselves on the back like they had done her entire dish.

They have a healthy cooking nutritionist chef - Katie something.
Jamica Posole (sp?) who I have seen on a commercial for something else I cant put my finger on.

They usually always have one gay man on each season and this year it is Michael. Between complaining about his mascara running into his eyes and forgetting what he is supposed to say he is just bad.
I cant remember the rest of their names. I havent found any of them that memorable.

I totally agree with you Janie! The Mom cries constantly "geez get a life lady" and the Asian is a cry-baby as well.... is manic depression nice to watch on TV:confused: I think NOT!!!

The gay guy is at least somewhat of a character, and a happy enough and likeable enough fellow! And thank goodness is not breaking down and crying constantly!!! So far he and the black lady get my votes. The black chick is very nice and she can cook, and presents her food well! I like her personality best of all. Golly I hope that she doesn't spend any upcoming episodes crying for gosh sakes!!!!!

I like the black lady the best. She has a beautiful smile and has made the best food.
The asian lady was giving the guy grief about honesty last night when she herself lied during the first challenge after her and the one guy went shopping. She said they came in under budget. Yeah they did BUT after they put back tons of things cause she was way over budget. She made the choice to use angel food cake for the dessert on the first episode but when the selection panel questioned her she stated at first it was a team decision. It wasnt..it was her choice when they didnt have some ingredients she needed to the planned dessert. When the selection panel made a remark about being able to trust her or something she admitted the dessert was her choice.
Like you Im tired of seeing super mom crying everytime I watch.

Yeah and then there is super health fanatic!!! hee-hee poor lady is catching grief everytime she makes a healthy remark!!!

They are getting her for that as much as they did the little blonde last season when ever she would mention cooking school.
LAst season showed me that they already have decided before all of this starts which one they intend to win.
