I just had to say how nice it is to have a place to visit where we all get along and appreciate each other. So many times these days people take online forums as an opportunity to be rude and cruel to others. A recent situation made me appreciate this site even more than I already did.

Recently my sister had a problem where her brother inlaws posted rotten things about her on a public forum. Her husband didnt want to say anything to his brothers because he didnt want to start trouble. I understand in her position she couldnt say much but I could say exactly what I thought of their behavior and did. I also contacted the site and had the whole mess removed. Having met their mother and father I know they would not approve of such behavior and laguage. :mad: I certainly did not approve of the way they were treating my sister. Profanity hurling redneck bullies who havent got the guts to hash out their problems with a person in private but instead take it to a public forum using fake names like little highschool girls is shameful. My sis is a good person and one great Mama.

Janie as I mentioned before, you are a very fair, warm, thoughtful, caring person. I will not tolerate profanity or a response with an undermining message in it, to me it is so much easier mentally, physically and emotionally to be nice as much as you can, smile like you do not have any worries in the world, take one day at a time, enjoy the new experience when you meet someone new for the first time, enjoy every moment each day. Life is what you make of it good or bad. And I definitely enjoy interacting with you daily.

It's a shame that there are some that do things like that. Someone like that should be banned from posting on line. There is no call for it - but I, too, am grateful for what we have here and the people who have made it was it is today!

And for what it is worth I love this forum, it is nice and I believe it will stay that way!!! If it were ever to change into anything other than this then I would simply GO AWAY! and that would be ashamed, because I get alot of inspiration and good ideas, not to mention I enjoy everyone here so much you're more like On-Line Brothers and Sisters, only I have never met most of you face to face (which matters not), but gesh I mean let's face it we converse almost daily and we share and that means something to me!

I also agree. I like this place not only for the inspiration in the kitchen but also for the high level of civility. I might not post very often but I read this forum every day.
