I got in there last night and made some spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. Then I was going to put my extra lids in the drawer in the bottom of the stove. WELL those two who brought the stove didnt put the tracks in for the drawer. It has two factory hooks on the front that it slides on to fine but there is nothing to catch it in the back. Once you push it back it just sits on the floor back their. Im going to call the place they got it from this morning and see when they can come back and fix it.
It used to take a long time to boil and 5 quart pot of water for spaghetti. Last night it was boiling in less than 5 minutes. This stove def works much better than the old one.

They came by and fixed the drawer on the stove. They said they had gotten several of this model without the back rollers on the drawer. This stove gets much hotter than the old one. I had to keep adjusting my soup I was cooking this morning. So what do you guys think Ill burn first? I plan to make apple pies and some bread tonight. Think one of those will be my first victim? lol

I made my first batch of bread in the new oven and managed not to burn it.
These smell wonderful and look good but I wish they had gotten a little taller.

Garlic and Herb Parmesan Buns
1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons garlic (can be less, we love garlic)
2 teaspoons dried Italian herb seasoning
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon fast rising yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine as per directions from your unit.
Program to dough cycle, GO!
Once done, place dough onto lightly oiled surface and cut into 8 pieces.
Shape into balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet , flatten slightly.
Let rise in warm area until doubled.
Preheat oven to 400°F; brush buns with water, sprinkle top with a little bit of cheese, or for change a bit of garlic powder, Italian herbs, or for a
kicker spicy herb. Bake 15 min or until lightly browned.
Serve warm or cool completely.
Can be frozen in double wrapped sealed container bag or ziploc. remember to take out as much air as possible. Good for a month.
To reheat: thaw completely and put into warmed oven for homey smells and freshness.
