not in my day Kev - we got little whistles, little gizmos (never did know the name of them) about the size of a quarter where you had to get the tiny silver ball in the hole, little figurines, etc.
tatoos came out waaaayyyyyyy later - LOL
and I still get excited over the cute little porcelain figurines in my Red Rose tea boxes!

That was back in the 60's. I don't remember much from the 60's or even the early parts of the 70's.

I remembered the rings, and loved those prizes from the box.

I think the gifts now just really suck! ---TATOOS, Humph!!!:mad: Oh well that's the sign of the economy now!
