I collect dust. I have quite the accumulation too. :p I'd be happy to share if anyone else needs to start a collection like mine. :D

hahahaha, no thanks! No seriously, on that topic I think I collect spiderwebs; and I store them in the corners by the ceiling. I know it wouldn't take a minute to get the vaccuum out and get them out; but I forget every time I am vaccuuming.

I like to garden so I collect lots of unique plants. Not the ones from Home Depot or Lowes. Instead I buy unique items from places like Parks Seed, White Flower Farms, Local Garden Shows, and from acquaintances with similar interests. I have several varieties of crimson honeysuckle, lots of interesting bulbs including daffodils, tulips, and crocus. My favorite plant is the daylily, and I have about 50 different varieties (which aren't cataloged so I don't know what the varieties are) planted around my yard, including some double flowering daylilies. Of the daylillies, the ones I really like are the ones the bloom late into the evening. Most daylilies bloom only during the day, but select varieties will bloom longer into the night.

I collect cobwebs too! How great is that! I also collect books, and cookbooks. My husband who is a good declutterer really wishes I would get rid of a few. (I think the cobwebs like the books);)
