I have to say gingersnaps. But only the ones I make. I got the recipe from Cooking Light and they are soft and chewy, with sugary tops and just enough bite from the ginger.

So they don't really "snap" but I don't care; they are delicious!

Italian dowel cookies - a recipe passed down from generation to generation since the 1800's. They will always be #1 with me!

My fave is a nice big fresh homemade sugar cookie, and especially Snickerdoodles.

I'm also a fan of white chocolate macadamia nut.

Heck, I'll never be able to pick a "favorite" cookie - I love 'em all! :D

I can't say that. I've had some miserable Vegan cookies before that just fell apart. Had to eat it because of where I was. Probably that's not true for all Vegan cookies but the caterer they used made them badly.
