I didn't get to catch this Cathy- but it certainly is my type of event!

How could one move 1200 lbs. worth of chocolate, Bubba?

Hmmm... I'd say slowly & carefully- bite-by-bite!

I know you asked Bubba, but since I watched them move it, it took at least 8 adults to even budge it! There may have been even more guys that came in, it was based upon a marble statue of a Lion, but I can not recall the name of said statue! All I know is the chef's were covered in chocolate! Thet looked like they were having a blast, but alas lots of work!

IIRC, it was the Lion of Florence. The requirement was it had to be 3 feet tall . I think it finally took 10 people to move it and they were really straining to git er done.

These challenge competitions just amaze me. So much talent! And there is no way I could be around that much chocolate without licking my fingers (and probably eating half of the structure). Guess that might disqualify me, huh?

1200 pounds of chocolate would be a tall order for even a dedicated chocoholic. ;)
