hi i am a 45 male in florida who has just recently found out i am allergic to gluten
i am having to relearn how to cook and eat as a result of this
i love bread, pasta, and baked goods, and now have to learn how to do these friendly to my allergy
i hope to learn much here and to be able to pass on what i learn
