BTW, we don't say "Hells Kitchen" anymore. Nowadays we've all gone gentrified, and it's mostly "Chelsea/Clinton." :p

Joe welcome and I do hope you will write that cookbook one day, we all love cookbooks around here. I love SpicePlace and am sure you'll grow very fond of it if you hang around us for anytime! We are a loving bunch of "foodies" and as you can see from todays threads we run the gammut on conversations around here, we often branch out into conversations totally off of food once in a while (more like every day hee-hee) but we are all friends and have a mutual respect for one another, and we don't bicker & quibble over silly little things we just come here to share, learn, and have fun, so I hope you'll like it enuf' to hang-out with us too;)
