Hello all,
I am a food lover and baker although I don't have as much time to experiment as I would like. Does anybody know how to get russian tea cakes to keep there ball shape during baking. Mine seem to flatten out, and this is not the desired result I am looking for. Thanks to anyone that can help.:)

I don't know what a Russian Tea Cake is, but welcome to our little corner of the internet. This is a friendly place and there's lots of cooking skill here so I'd bet someone will be able to help you.
