Just signed up today. I'm 30 and lived by myself (not married or gf) for most of my life, so about 5 years ago I just decided to quit with the hamburger helper and start doing my own stuff. I'm still really inexperienced, but love to cook from scratch whether it turns out or not..hopefully it turns out! hehe

My favorites are homemade soups, but I'm into almost everything but desserts. I figured once I crossed that line there's no coming back :-)

Anyway I stumbled here trying to find out a question about my homemade fries, so if you're a good spud chef, check out my post in the "How do I..." forum.
