Hello, Chef Nick here. My start as a foodie started with family camping and Boy Scouts. My parent’s recognized that as a youngster I had a real interest in cooking. My Mom would share cooking techniques in the kitchen and my Dad would help me along with outdoor cooking over the campfire.
Now, many years later I have an Associates Degree in Food Service and many years in the field (over 25 yrs). I have written a booklet on cooking tips & techniques and published my first cookbook in 2005.
