Hello All, It's good to find a forum with such good info from experience. I hope I can be of some help since I have had food allergies and colitis (in remmission for now) for many years and have found ways to cope with it. I write articles about food allergies and experiences I have had in public as well as at home. It sure can be challenging at times to fit in!

Hello Worker Bee, I have had colitis for years and years. I finally found out that if I avoid the foods that I am allergic to, I go into remmission and I feel great! Thanks for the suggestion...
