Hi Jeanne. Welcome to Sp. It's nice to meet you. I'm a meat eater too, lol. I love vegetables but need to balance them out on occasion. I also like eggs and dairy. and could never not use them. Pasta made without eggs is not goooood. A vegetarian meal to me is a tomato sandwich but would be shot down for that because Miracle Whip contains eggs.
