Hi Everyone!

I just signed up for this forum and am looking forward to sharing with and learning from all of you here.

I love to cook, bake and candy make and love learning and trying new ways of preparing foods. I am fortunate in having a spouse that loves trying new foods and is always my willing guinea pig! LOL

I enjoy making all of our ground beef, ground venison, ground pork and sausages myself.

Aside from cooking and baking I love growing a wide variety of herbs and spices, edible flowers and the bulk of our own vegetables.

I am looking forward to all I can learn here and making new friends.

I used to make homemade sausage from venison it is soooo good and being homemade makes it even more so! I am amazed that you do make all your ground products from scratch! You are very fortunate to have a hubby that enjoys all your new creations, isn't it wonderful not to have to tolerate a picky eater!!! My hubby is a good sport like that! It makes cooking a pleasure and so much more enjoyable!!!
