I have several that I am hoping to get published this fall/winter - and YES - it is very time consuming and it takes a lot or work. All the recipes are tried and true - family favorites - restaurant recipes (my backgroung), etc. And I will share some of those recipes with everyone!

My problem is - I keep adding more to them!

That's the fun part of cooking. I love to change things, try to add new tastes, add a little of this and that. It helps to have willing partners to try the creations.
