I don't eat shrimp, but when I do cook them here's what I do. Get a gallon size freezer bag, fill with shrimp. Add terriyaki sauce and crushed garlic. Marinate for about 4 hrs, then but them in a non stick basket and cook directly over the coals. People tell me they're good.

I have made shrimp here almost the same way except all I have is an indoor electric grill.
We live in a apartment.
