Some really neat & unusual names of foods

...gooey duck- YUCH! Chef Eric Rippert was on the Bonnie Hunt show a while back and he was grossing Bonnie out with a live gooey duck. Man- It would be hard for me to deal w/ something like that, too!

I would be perfectly happy to eat it all chopped up and cooked but in it's natural state well it looks like ah hem.... well :eek:

My kids recently asked about what weirdos named snack foods.
Ding Dongs, ho hos, ring dings, twinkies, twizzlers, nutty bars and such. I never really thought about it but the names are quite odd aren't they?

A million years ago when they first came out with that p-nut butter/jelly combo stuff I tried it and truly hated it!!! YUCKY tasting stuff>>>> and Goober isn't that the name of some "Andy of Mayberry" character? LOL
 
Oh and yes we must never forget that really funny name....

I think they got the name from a person who ate it and he pointed his finger towards the cook and said "Sue She!" after he could catch his breath, then he went out looking for a good lawyer!
