My fav way...not at all ! lol...I'm not a fan of Chicken but my family loves it anyway it is prepared.Their favorite way to eat it is fried. I put it in Buttermilk that has 2 drops of hotsauce in it ...let it marinate a few hours... then dip it in flour ...salt and pepper and fry in my cast iron skillet...fix gravy from the pan drippings and mashed potatoes and homemade bicuits.

Jdglass, this fried recipe of yours is something I have to try. Sounds delicious.

The only way I do not enjoy chicken is boneless skinless breasts. I hate the texture and lack of flavor.

Ah chicken how do I love thee.... There are so many wonderful dishes that can be made with chicken but one of my all time favorites for fall is chicken with 40 cloves. What can be better than a succulent roast chicken smeared with the garlic candy at the bottom of the roasting pan. Note to self have husband pick up chicken on the way home from work!

This is not my favorite either but it's my husband's favorite. He doesn't like to eat any meat with bones. Sad because I just love to soft juicy meat off a bone. We have to compromise sometimes we have it with the bone and sometimes with out. If I use chicken breasts normally it's something like stir fry or curry where it is cut up and cooked in a sauce to keep it moist.

Baked, fried, stewed and even made into salad on a sandwich!
