Jdglass, this fried recipe of yours is something I have to try. Sounds delicious.

The only way I do not enjoy chicken is boneless skinless breasts. I hate the texture and lack of flavor.

The buttermilk makes the chicken very moist and gives it a wonderful flavor. The hot sauce doesnt make the chicken hot it just adds flavor. You can get a hit of the garlic also. Around here we probably like our food over seasoned lol. I ate bland food for a year and a half when I had an ulcer. Now I hate anything bland.

I have the chicken wing drummets in the smoker right now. I put in a split head of garlic and some fresh rosemary and thyme I got from the garden. I drizzled the whole thing with olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground pepper. It smells so good in here lol. When the wings are done I am going to bake my apple crostata.
On the ugly side I hate cleaning that smoker!

The wings came out very good. Jon gave them a 9 1/2 out of 10.
I took the smoked garlic and mashed it into a pulp then mixed it with the honey bbq sauce. It was so good lol.

I make baked Italian chicken. I skin breast and legs marinated in lite italian dressing over night, then the next day I coat chicken with Italian bread crumbs, top off with some fresh chopped garlic, or(Garlic Powder) and Italian seasoning cover & Bake for 35-40 min. 350. Serve with couscous wild mushroom. Cookie :)
