My Favorite knife,
My Grandfather gave me my pocket knife and it has been in my pocket almost every day since. I have carved with it, cleaned fish with it, dug out millions of splinters with it, I have cut everything imaginable with it, It's my favorite potato peeler and pencil sharpener. I can go on forever regarding all it's been through with me. It's not a chef's knife or a cleaver but it's been with me now for 40 years and it is my favorite knife.

My most versatile knife that I forgot about until I picked it up this morning to use is my
ULU. If you have never used one I highly recommend to get one and if you do a lot of herbs chopping, get the cutting board. The ULU comes from Alaska.
