I have a blender that I use very occasionally but when I do use it, it is indispensable. Uses are making ice cream freeze drinks and barbecue marinades. I make a mean lemon, garlic, cilantro marinade with the Waring blender.

Oooo...can we have the marinade recipe? It sounds good!
