I have a 10 1/2 month old daughter, and i just made a purchase of a chopper to cut up our foods for her, well so far ive only used it twice, once for pot roast the second for potatoes and filet mignon. any ideas of other healthy food to make for all of us?

baked boneless skinless chicken breasts are very healthy. Brown rice is also very good for you

According to a book I read, people eat rice for their whole lives, little else. So it must be good!

Kay, your daughter sounds just like mine... mine's now 15 months old, and hasn't touched jarred baby food since she was around 10 months old. She's been eating directly off my plate since then. Some of her favorites now are green beans, sweet peas, meatloaf (I use lean hamburger meat, plus I drain off any grease), mac&cheese, au gratin potatoes, pork chops. I have to get 2 servings of everything because I have to feed her off my plate. She'll go to someone else's plate just to see what they have, she'll even take a bite or two but she always comes back to me. If I do try to eat something without sharing, she will do what I call the 'baby bird face'. She'll open her mouth up wide, say 'uh, uh' and stand there till I give her a bite. If I take too long with a bite, she'll actually point to her mouth as if I didn't see the baby bird face.
