This is how I make scrambled eggs.
It's really quick and easy, not to forget very tasty too.

Ingredients:

Eggs : 2 large
Onion sliced: 1 medium
Green chillies minced(as per taste)
Tomatoes chopped: 1 large
Green Peas: A handful
Coriander/parsley (for garnishing)
Oil/Butter
Salt to taste
Red pepper/Black pepper (as per preference)
Garam Masala(Indian Curry powder)-optional

Method:

Heat the oil in a pan
Fry the onions till slightly brown.
Add the tomatoes and green chillies and fry for 2 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt & pepper.
Now add the eggs and also the peas and mix quickly
so as to break it into small pieces.
Fry for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with garam masala & coriander.
You are done!

We had the greatest eggs yesterday morning (breakfast burrito style)

Eggs
dash of black pepper
dash of the habenro sauce
dash of salt
red green yellow bell peppers

wrap in a tortilla with some cheese MMMMMMM

Did you cook the eggs beforehand or did you put everything together and just made it like an omlette. I did not understand the recipe completely. Can you please clarify?

Tasty!

I'd try it without the curry powder. I don't know where to get Garam Masala.

Is this hot?

Hey Sophie, I like my food to be really really hot and spicy but you can leave out the green chillies if you wish to.
Curry powder or Garam masala is easily available in any Indian stores.
You must ask for the powder not the whole spices.
