You know, I don't know that I have ever tasted Ramen noodles. How I got through college without that, I'll never know.

hehe. I think you are one of a few that have never had Ramen. That is the best thing when you are so broke and have about $1.00 to you name. You can get a weeks worth.

Aren't Ramen nooldes those flat noodles? I'm pretty sure they're flat, and kind of big, but I might be thinking of something else.

I haven't really thought to do much with ramen noodles, besides crack an egg into it. Like another poster, I drain all but a tiny amount of water out of the noodles and add the seasoning and eat it that way --my husband likes it with a lot of broth so we usually cook it seperately and eat it with saltine crackers and a glass of milk. Mushrooms, do sound like they would be pretty good with it.

Yes, ramen noodles have been a lifesaver for me on a number of occassions. My kids love ramen noodles to. They are so inexpensive. I always try to pick some up when we go grocery shopping. My kids call them OODLES N NOODLES. lol
