Yes Brook it is "Spain and the World Table", and after reading your post I am so excited about receiving it!!!
I am amazed by all the really remarkable cookbooks available to us, and the range of Internationational ones is impressive! I feel like I must have been asleep in a time warp and just woke up to discover all the new "stuff"! It is so neat, gosh, can I say it just one more time?....please bear with me everyone, but I am so happy I found Spice Place!!!
Thanks again for the "heads-up" Brook.

KYH, I just went and reached 'Smokehouse Ham, Spoon Bread & Scuppernong Wine' off a high shelf and brought it to my bedroom and placed in a bureau-drawer intending to read it sometime before too long. Might be a while as I have 5-6 others ahead of it, and though I read each morning at bedtime, I don't tend to read more than a few pages before nodding-off... Anyway, I've had it several years but have yet to give it an honest read- per your recommendation, I expect to enjoy it- THANKS! (Just opened to page #240 where I spy recipes for 'Possum and Sweet Potatoes', 'Rattlesnake', and 'Mountain Whistle-Pig (Groundhog)! Yummy! Hee-Hee!)
