1 pound fish fillet, your choice

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 inch slice ginger, diced
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

Make the Teriyaki Sauce by combining the ingredients and mixing well. Place the fish fillet in a ziploc bag, pour in the Teriyaki Sauce, then place in refrigerator for 3 hours or more. Broil for 5 to 7 minutes on a side.
