Those sound delicious! I think I would be the only one in my house to like them though. My husband and son won't try any type of pancakes that have "stuff" in them besides blueberries or chocolate chips. They can be such sticks in the mud sometimes.

I never thought I'd like bananas in pancakes but once tried them I was hooked.

That recipe is great! I think, it would also be best with apple and banana.
