Mama, have you done an ice cream coated with chocolate flavored rice crispies? I've been trying to make some but really, I can't think of a better way to coat the ice cream with the chocolate flavored rice crispies. 
Do you make scoops (balls) and place on a tray and freeze until hard, dip in melted chocolate or chocolate syrup and roll in cereal and freeze immediately? and you can slide a popsicle stick into it before freezing - and you can use chopped nuts as well - there is so much you can do
I have tried the popsicle with chocolate covered rice crispies. But the one like making a scoop balls, it really makes me a hard time doing it so. I guess, I'm not that fast or expert to do it nicely. But I will always practice it o make it better.
