3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1 medium head cabbage, shredded to make about 8 cups
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
1 can bamboo shoots, drained and diced
2 tbsp pimento, chopped
Chop the cabbage, green onions, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and pimento. Place in a large bowl.
Mix together with a wire whisk in a large bowl the mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Pour over the cabbage mix, and toss well.
