2-3 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast
16 ounces medium sized pasta shells (I like to use bow-tie)
1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 1/2 cup light mayo or plain yogurt
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. Add brococoli for last 7 minutes. Drain pasta and broccoli, rinse under cold water. Drain. Combine pastat, broccoli, chicken breast and onions in a bowl. In another bowl, mix mayo (or yogurt), sour cream, mustard, vinegar, sugar, tarragon, salt and pepper. Fold into salad. Cover and refrigerate. Serves 10-12
