Hi S.P. People, I have been busy changing the way I cook, taking time to go threw some of my cook-books. I have been using my wok these days stir frying meat adding noodles, (love pasta!) I also have been experimenting with different kinds of frozen veggies into the mix. I think frozen veggie already cut-up & ready to go are the way to go for me, faster, you can get them on sale, they stay fresh in the freezer. I also use soup for a quick way to add flavor to meat-dishes. I made chicken the other night with soup and a bag of chow main-noodles. I added Italian seasoning with it and some sesame oil. I used the wok again it's fast & cheap!!

Have a Good week. Cookie :)

Nice to "see" ya, cookie!

Do you have an Aldi's near you? Here downstate in central IL., they're everywhere. And while fresh is best- Aldi's carries some awesome frozen stir-fry veggie blends in extra-large bags that are cheap-cheap-cheap! I like them because being single, the zip-lock re-sealable bags they come in make for convenient no-waste way of making sure I get my daily 5!

Because I live in a restricted environment we are not allowed to plant anything I have a full flower garden every year and my neighbor gave me a strawberry plant as a gift I placed it on my step when I came home from work it was gone oh well! therefore I do not have a choice the prices in NY is also totally outrageous but that's what you pay for living in the city.
