Can anyone share the vegetable salad recipe with all the vegies like carrot,lettuce,cabbage,broccoli,spinach etc...

i have always loved eating the salads served at the hotels and wondered how they prepare them. I have tried a couple of times and my salad was not that tasty..can anyone help?
