The Edie Falco character (Forget her name- Tony's wife) always had a sauce simmerin' on her back burner, and seemed to always be piecin' together lasagne layers for a crowd... and several of the characters always seemed to be eating/cooking something delicious! Not nearly as scrumptious as mama's italian yum-yums, surely- but maybe a close second! BOTH cookbooks are fantastic. I recommend them if for nuthin' other than fun reads!
