Who is cooking on the 4th?
Jon's Dad and I are making burgers, green beans and new potatoes, slaw, deviled eggs & cucumbers and peppers in vinegar. I am making chocolate ice cream for dessert.
It is probabaly just gonna be the three of us so we are not making alot.

actually, nothing. am very seldom home on the Fourth and our town has some great street food.
tomorrow night a local gallery is moving into a new space and has appetizers and a wine bar. If I'm still hungry after that, might go have a salad.
Saturday after the parade, hit the stands on the docks, probably have Indian tacos and choke them down with a beer.

I'm going to my Dad's in Wheelersburg for the 4th. The most cooking that we will do is burgers and hot dogs.

We will throw down and have a banquet of immense proportions!!!!! BBQ ribs, baked beans, corn on the cob, potato salad, watermelon, and some kind of desert!!! M-m-m-m good eatin' and finger lockin' good to the max!!!!
