We go to Sam's once a month. It's a good place to buy things like paper towels and tissues. We also get their lunch meat and lite jarlsburg slices. DH loves a sandwich for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between. I also get some vegetables there spring salad mix, bags of avocadoes and the three packs of cucumbers. They do have some good buys.
The truffles are delish but rich. They are dark chocolate. I had two yesterday and two today after supper lol. Im pretty sure if I fed those to my sisters kids they would be up for days lol.
I don't currently have a Sam's Club membership, but the thing I miss MOST from there is the big bags of frozen, fully-cooked, mesquite-grilled Tyson chicken breasts. Man- I used to eat them plain, on hot & cold sandwiches, in salads, fajitas, stir-fries, in pastas, omelets, etc. SO PLUMP AND SO YUMMY!
I teach small classes of violin students and I like to play lots of games with them and especially like giving prizes to the winners. I try to avoid giving them candy and so I get packs of little toys at the dollar store. Funny pens, bookmarks, erasers, pencils, stickers, keychains, they love it.
