Since the SIL didnt have her surgery I wonder if they will decide to have Thanksgiving at their house after all. Makes no difference to me. One way I make a smaller dinner here for Jon and I and the other I cook for like 12-14 instead of 2.

Thanksgiving with Jon.Jon's not a real romantic fella lol. He was when we were dating and about the first year of marriage but not so much anymore. We will be married ten years this new years day. Its ok though Im used to it now.
Jon was all we need to go to Dads tomorrow and get the money and list he has for you and I said it would be better to wait another day or so and see what the other daughter in law plans to do for the holiday. I know they were talking about doing a fish fry for Thanksgiving like they did last year. I kinda think my FIL wants a more traditional meal. He doesnt mind the fish along side but you kinda crave that bird with all of the fixings on Thanksgiving.
Im kind of afraid his Dad will invite this woman he knows who is about my age. He was her Sunday school teacher years ago and she has been coming around his place alot recently. Her and her hubby are split after she lost her job at Kmart for shoplifing. She claims she "forgot" to pay for a soda pop and candy bar before she went out the door but others we know who work at Kmart in managment say thats not the case. She has a five year old son who is a terror. He has never been taught to mind anyone and he is a little brat. She has moved her Dad in with them cause he was kicked out of the nursing home he was in for being mean. So it would be the three of them at dinner. A trailer they were renting burned down and they lost most of their stuff so her hubby has let her move back in with him. Jons Dad has been letting her store odds and ends in his basement people have been giving her. She keeps hinting on my FIL that she needs money for this and that and that they are practically starving. Which is not the case. She is living with her hubby and he makes good money. She went to Jons Moms and her hubby's house and just plain ol asked them for money while her kid was jumping on the new furniture they just got with dirty clothes and muddy shoes. Jons Mom had to tell them not to come back. Now that she has a criminal record because of shoplifting no one wants to hire her. She has Jons Dad pretty convinced she is still the good girl he had in Sunday school but Im not buying it and I do not trust her. Im gonna ask him when ever I go get that list if he plans to invite them.

Oh yeah thanks about my throat. I was really glad to see the yucky white spots gone. Now I just have a few places that look like where you would break a blister. Should be fine a day or so. I made Jon some eggrolls last night and he asked me if I was gonna have one. I said uh.. Ill pass lol. A crispy eggroll with shrachi sauce in it would not feel good right now.
