They are talking about having the pasta dinner on Christmas Eve. I have two cornish hens to make for Jon and I on Christmas. Ill make oyster dressing, potatoes, mac and cheese, rolls and salad for us. Jon wants chocolate custard pie or bread pudding for dessert.

Oh, I see;) Josh and I usually eat light, a homemade clam chowder (in anticipation of stuffing ourselves like turkeys:p), attend Christmas Eve church services and go to bed early. I no longer cook the big turkey for just the two of us, but serve a baked ham, with cream cheese mashed potatoes, butter beans, homemade yeast rolls, and pecan pie. :) But this year we will forego the chowder and have homemade PIZZA!

Hey Janie we had the most splendid pasta dinner tonight and I made those biscuits like they serve at Red Lobster to go with our meal, Thanks for mentioning Pasta for Christmas:)
