Just because you may have had the opportunity for a better education than someone else does not necessarily make you smarter.

and don't forget the ego problems as well -

My experience has been that most folks w/ pricey classroom education are able to find success only there- in the classroom. The rest of us are out in the real world finding success and forging accomplishment in practical ways- where it counts. If one's best manner of conveying smarts is through a framed diploma that they keep dusted and shined every day- that to me isn't legitimate at all. And it's not to most of the world. While it's true that all the world is a classroom- those who never leave the safe confines of a literal school classroom never discover this.

To me there is an extensive core family here- contributors who I bond with who share and take part- some regularly- others sporadically, when they can. I consider all these great folks to be my brothers and sisters. All others are just spammers- whether literal spammers or not. And all spammers are stinky & undesirable.
