I have made a batch of cherry orange marmalade, apple preserves and another batch of the apple pie jam. Im waterbathing the last batch then after I clean up my mess Im going to make a batch of salsa.

I have a rotten allergy headache that over the counter pills are not helping at all. Im thinking a big old dose of Nyquil and forget about it lol.

7 pints of salsa done...
