Compact Fluorescent 40 Watt Globe Bulbs 4 Pack
This four pack of 40 Watt Replacement Compact Fluorescent Globe Bulbs replace old fashioned incandescent 40 watt lamps and use about 1/4 of the energy. This is part of the next generation of compact fluorescent lamps in which the CFL bulbs are enclosed in a glass bulb so the lamp has the look of standard bulbs and the efficiency of CFL lights. Each of these globe compact fluorescent lights produce 550 lumens of light, use 11 watts of electricity, and last an average of 8,000 hours. At 8,000 hours average life, these CFL lights outlast standard lights by about 5 times longer.
