Payment

• We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard payments directly.
• You may pay us via Paypal for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and e-check using your Paypal account.
• Finally, we also accept payment via check or money order in US Dollars. Use the checkout process, choose the check/money order option and complete instructions will be included in the email that confirms your order with us.

Shipping charges
We are located in the United States and ship domestically via UPS and US Postal Service. We charge actual United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) shipping costs. The website will automatically choose the cheaper method. You may of course, choose a different method such as Second Day Air. We add no handling fees. PO Box Holders
UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please choose US Mail or include your actual street address otherwise the shipment of your order will be delayed while we contact you to obtain your address information.

APO, FPO and DPO Addresses
We gladly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses via the US Mail.

ORM-D Items
Several of our products are classified as ORM-D (Other Regulated Material - Domestic). This essentially means the items cannot ship via airplane and eliminates the use of US Postal Sevice Priority Mail, UPS Air Services and cannot be shipped Internationally. Examples of these items are the Pure Anise Extract, Pure Lemon Extract, Pure Orange Extract, and Pure Peppermint Extract. Products that are classified as ORM-D are clearly displayed on the product page and in shopping cart.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico (and other US Territories) Customers
Our website will automatically use the US Postal Service Flat Rate box when items will fit. As a general guideline, the flat rate box will hold (one set of):

• 6 of our standard sized (about 1 quart) spice bottles.
• 1 of the large (about 1 gallon) size bottles
• 2 of the pint bottles of food color and extracts
• 1 quart sized bottle of food color and extracts.
• 5 Yeast
• Other items as they fit

We will always use Flat Rate Boxes when cheaper
It is difficult having our website calculate all of the combinations of what will fit into the flat rate boxes. So, even when the website doesn't calculate the flat rate medium box shipping costs for your order, we always try to use the flat rate boxes when you choose Priority Mail as the shipping method. If the items will fit into either USPS Flat Rate Medium or Flat Rate Large box (and it cost less) we will reduce the shipping cost to those rates and issue a refund to your credit card, Paypal or Google account.

We will consider shipping to other countries on request. Keep in mind we only speak English.

International orders must be paid via credit card or Paypal and ship via the US Postal Service. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or import duties which may be payable upon delivery. Orders under 4 lbs ship via the most economical method which is First Class International. Orders over 4 lbs ship via USPS Priority Mail. Where possible our website will automatically use the Flat Rate Box when it's costs less than regular Priority Mail International. Sales Tax only for Maryland Customers
We charge sales tax for orders shipping to Maryland. There is NO sales tax on orders shipping to any other state, territory or country. For Maryland orders, since most of our products are a food item (which are not taxable in Maryland) so for most orders in Maryland there is also no sales tax.

Returns
Because we sell food products, we will accept returns only if we make a shipping error. We hope you understand that we have your health and safety in mind with this policy.
