I already roasted a chicken for tomorrow. Will serve with some salad and herb rice.
Today for Sunday supper we had fried chicken, herb roasted yukon golds, deviled eggs, biscuits and salad. I made chocolate custard pie for dessert.
I made homemade hotdog sauce last night for hotdogs later in the week.

Well yesterday my fil called and said he had made cake. I said that is a coincidence since I was bringing you peanut butter oatmeal cookies today and white wine chicken soup lol. So he fed Jon cake and he had cookies. For dinner yesterday I made Ina's chicken parm. Jon even wanted a chicken parm sandwich for breakfast this morning.
Sunday I am making a fried calorie heavy meal. Fried cod, shrimp and oysters. I bought some frozen onion rings I will bake til crispy. I am making hush puppies, spinach greens and potato cakes to go with. The greens and tater cakes were requested by my fil.

Sounds delicious, Janie!

We're all gathering at my sister's Friday night. My niece recently suffered a bad injury at a softball tournament that required surgery. Her whole team and coaching staff are going over to deliver a boat-load of cards, flowers, stuffed animals, and such that they've collected from her school chums, so my sister wants to feed them all. Pizza Hut here locally is still running their any pizza for ten bucks special, so she's loading-up on various pizzas and I'm taking a large tossed salad bowl and brownies, and ten 2-litres of Coke products that Kroger's has on sale 10 for $10...

For tomorrow I roasted a 6 pound chicken so it is ready to eat whenever. I also made a batch of cabbage rolls in the crockpot. I picked up some Romaine lettuce at the store. I have some parm cheese in the fridge that needs to be used up so I though caesar salad would be a nice side for tomorrow. I used some roasted garlic french bread I had made to make croutons for the salad.
