Tomorrow it is going to be cheese pie.

I love cheese pie, served with tinned toms and warm crusty bread.

Keziah I will of-course love to ask you to share your recipe for cheese pie! I am wondering if it is like a quiche?

Tonight we are having Beef Roast, with carotts and potatoes, and sauted squash. I love a heavy supper when the winter nights get here!

How is the weather up your way Rick? It is cool here, but totally sunny and beautiful. We had a heavy frost night before last! I am still eating those Ellijay apples:p I will be sad when they are all gone:(

Weather has been about the same here. Supposed to be in the 70's the next two days, which is nice because I've got a painting job to finish.

My wife made an excellent roast beef for dinner with the mashed potatoes and gravy. I have a couple nice sandwiches for my lunch tomorrow. I added some hot horseradish to the mayo to kick it up a bit.

Oh yeah IC, some horseradish in the mayo for Roast Beef is most excellent! Now I'll just have to play cop-cat and take the same in my lunch for tomorrow:p
