Three Big Green Sweet Peppers - Cooked, cleaned open ready to stuff
one box of (Zatarain's New Orleans Style) Jambalaya Mix
1/2 lb. of cooked shrimp
smoked Turkey sausage
Make Jambalaya mix follow directions, Put in medium shrimp. In other pan make already cooked smocked turkey sausage, cut into small pieces and add to Jambalaya mix when done. Stuff your sweet peppers, with mixture. I Love stuffed Green Peppers in the Summer. Cookie
