Caramel Cookies

Yield: 6 Dozen

1 c Shortening
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs; beaten
2 ts Vanilla
3 3/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Soda

Cream shortening, beat sugars in slowly. Add eggs
and vanilla. Mix flour, salt and soda; add to
shortening mixture slowly until well mixed. Press
from cookie press or drop onto ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375°.
