Growing up in East Texas, we didn't eat avocados. I had never heard of them.
We were kinda beans and rice people. Then I moved to California and all changed. I worked in the Santa Barbara area. Road side stands had avocados 20 for a dollar (now I'm talking a long time ago) I learned to love them. And still do, (back in East Texas) CF:)

Never imagined frying avocados. I try your recipe, I think it taste good.
